2nd Trip to the Physical Therapist

Clayton, Granny, Aunt Nene, and I went back to the physical therapist for a second visit this morning. Ms. Jennifer (his PT) was very complimentary of his progress over the last week. She said that he is sitting with his head in neutral more (not tilted to one side), is doing better with tummy time, and seems to be grabbing for objects more. I'm sooo proud of him! To our homework for this next week, she added rolling from tummy-to-back and back-to-tummy. She also increased Clayton's amount of tummy time to 7 - 10 minutes, 5 times/ day, and we're suppose to do the dreaded neck stretches on both sides (because he is starting to lean the other direction). Jennifer gave me a list of his gross motor goals for the next six months (faster if possible). After talking with her about his goals, I really feel like Clayton is getting a head start from other kids his age in attaining age-appropriate milestones. We're almost cheating, it seems. I love it! Here are a few videos from our PT session.

That sweet baby is doing so good with his therapy. Turned his head nicely to look at his Granny.
